The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold ia public hearing on Thursday, the 21st
day of July, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case
No. PD-211-S-1226-R, Hard Eight Pit Bar-B-Q Restaurant with Privatei Club, zoning change request from R
(Retail) to PD-211-S-1226-R (Planned Development-211-Special Use P~rmit-1226-Retail), to attach a Detail
Site Plan to allow the development of an approximate 14,205-square-t~oot restaurant and private club, with
outdoor seating and cooking areas, on 1.9 acres of property located alongithe south side of Bethel Road, east of
Freeport Parkway, at the request of Chad Jackson, Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers. All interested citizens
of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend th~s public hearing and participate in the
same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this
request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX
75019.

p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation
relative to Case No. PD-211-S-1226-R, Hard Eight Pit Bar-B-Q Restaupant with Private Club, zoning change
request from R (Retail) to PD-211-S-1226-R (Planned Development-211- Special Use Permit-1226-Retail), to
attach a Detail Site Plan to allow the development of an approximate 14i205-square-foot restaurant and private
club, with outdoor seating and cooking areas, on 1.9 acres of property located along the south side of Bethel
