RE: Beltline Trade Center~ Lot Iv Block 2~ Site Plan
Dear Madam/Gentleman:
This letter is to inform you that the Beltline Trade Center, Lot l,iBlock 2, Site Plan, to allow the
development of an approximate 23,336-square-foot office/warehouse building on approximately
three acres of property located along the north side of Beltline Road, approximately 3,000 feet
east of North Lake Drive, was approved by the Coppell City CoUncil on Tuesday, December 13,
2005, subject to the following conditions:
1) Show building setbacks from all property lines (still need east side setbacks).
2) A Tree Removal Permit is required prior to start of Oonstruction.
3) Compliance with Engineering comments (attached)
Please submit to the Planning Department by Thursday, December 29th, the revised Site Plan
showing the east side setbacks (Condition No. 1). For your information, this Site Plan is valid for a
period of two years and will expire December 13, 2007.
