Dear Mr. Zalmiser:
This letter is to inform you that the Parkwest Commerce Ce~er, Lot 1, Block 5, Site Plan
Amendment, to allow the construction of a dock door and loading area, with a revised Landscape
Plan, for the northeast corner of the existing building on 14.28 ~cres of property located at the
southwest corner of Beltline Road and Airline Drive, was approV}ed by the Coppell City Council
on Tuesday, December 13, 2005, subject to the following conditic~ns:
1)
Approval of Option One (SP4.1), with the continuation of a minimum of
330 linear feet of six-foot high Nellie R. Stevens HOlly to the west along
Airline Drive.
2) Place a sign on the wall adjacent to the loading dock inoting that this dock
is for loading and unloading only.
For your information, this Site Plan is valid for a period of two yeaj:s and will expire December 13,
2007.
