COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: The Comprehensive Plan of May 1996 shows the property as
suitable for light industrial/showroOm uses.
DISCUSSION:
This is the Minor Plat submission to the Si[te Plan request just heard. The
subdivision plat is in good order and apl~ears suitable for staff support,
provided certain conditions elaborated on I~elow are followed.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
Staff recommends APPROVAL of this Minor Plat, subject to the
following conditions:
1) Contact TXU to discuss easemegt requirements (Larry Redick

2) Engineering will require additional easements based on
changes made to the proposed Water line design (see
attachment).
