3. Be advi ;ed that the portion of Belt Line Road
adjacent t, ) the site lies within the Dallas City limits.
The propcsed modifications to the medians should be
approved 3nd permitted by the City of Dallas. Light
standards in the medians may need to be relocated.
1. Fire hy('rants shall be within 3 to 6-feet from fire
lane.
2. Fire hyc~rants and fire department connection (FDC)
shall be sllown on Site Plan and Utility Plan,
3. FDC mc~st be detached from the building a
minimum c~istance of 1 1/2 times the height of the
building. R',DC must be within 50 feet of a fire hydrant
and on the~ same side of the fire lane.
4.6" Fire I~ine is a minimum size, must be verified by
submitting!hydraulic calculations to the Fire Dept. for

This DDC ~nay be removed when the rest of the water
