This letter is to inform you that the West Sandy Lake Roa41 Addition, Lot 1, Block
1, Site Plan Amendment, as revised and dated Decembor 1, 2005, to allow the
construction of a combination of decorative metal and chain link fencing along the
northern, eastern and western property lines of 31.4 acres of land located at 944
W. Sandy Lake Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday,
December 13, 2005, with no conditions.
For your information, this Site Plan amendment is valid tbr a period of two years
and will expire December 13, 2007.
