The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City o£ Coppell will hold ia City-initiated Called Public Hearing
on Thursday, the 18th day o£August, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Tdwn Center City Council Chambers for
consideration of amending the Land Use Plan o£ the 1996 Comprehen~ive Master Plan from Neighborhood
Retail to Historic on 3.2 acres of property along the south side o£ BethelRoad, east of Freeport Parkway and a
zoning change for Case No. ZC-618(CH), which includes PD-211-S-1226, Hard Eight Pit Bar-B-Q Restaurant,
with Private Club, if approved by Council on August 9, 2005, from R (Retail) to H (Historic), to expand and
incorporate 3.2 acres of property along the south side of Bethel Road, east cfi Freeport Parkway into the designated
Historic district. All interested citizens of the City o£ Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend
this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the Ci~ or other party o£ interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
