Dear Ron:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-197R2-H, Old ~oppell Townhomes, zoning
change request from PD-197R-H (Planned Development-lC7 Revised-Historic) to PD-
197R2-H (Planned Development-197 Revision 2-Historic) tq attach Detail Site Plans for
Unit H (Lot 17, Block A) and Unit I (Lot 6, Block B), to allow the development of two
single-family homes, each on approximately 0.10 of an acre of property along MoNey
Way, was recommended for approval by the CoppelI Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, October 20, 2005, with no conditions.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 8,
2005, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be
held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application.
