Ma~or Souders (Wolfe) expressed his thanks to thc Mayor, thc Council, the teachers for their ~upport, and announced a lO-minute re~ss for photographs to be taken. Mayor Wolfc passed ou~ certificates to the Students in Government. 18. PUBLIC HEARING: To consider approval of a zoning change, Case ~Z(~-543(FO, at the requ~t of Historical B~thcl Cemetery Association, from (PD-SF}9) Planned development Single-Familyog, to (FO Historic Designation, located at the!east end of Christi Lane and south of Bethel gchool Road. Gary Sieb, Director of Planning and Community Services made the presentation to Planning and Community Services Department sent 18 notices to properties that feet of the area of request.
