I have reviewed your request for Administrative Approva~l of a Minor Amending
Site Plan for Crestside Site Security (Northlake 635/PSlINet, Lot 1, Block A)
widened the west entry and to close the east entry on Ctestside Drive. These
revisions are acceptable subject to:
1. Approval from the Fire Marshal, Travis Crump
2. The new landscape island being a minimum of 150 siquare feet, and
containing one overstory tree. The perimeter landscape requirement of one
tree per 50 linear feet also needs to be maintained. The approved landscape
plan indicates a mixture of Live Oak and Red Oak trees for perimeter and
parking lot landscaping.
3. Teresa Turner of the Engineering Department has al~o reviewed this request,
and responded that these revisions should be acceptable subject to the
adherence to the standard construction details.
Please submit detail plans to the Engineering Department after approval from
Travis Crump.
This will not effect the platted fire lanes, therefore re-platting will not be required.
