Re: Drainage Ditch
Dear Chuck:
This is just to reaffirm our previous conversations regarding the ~rainage ditch that runs between
Shadow Ridge and Devonshire and proposed improvements. Tho City Council will be reviewing
their annual mid-year budget in late April or early May. At that time, adjustments to our capital
improvement program will occur. The drainage ditch between th~ aforementioned additions will
be considered and I will keep you apprised of any meetings thht you might want to attend to
voice your support. If I can be of further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me.
