RE: Case No. S-1228-C, Coppell Montessori Academy
To Whom It May Concern:
Regarding the above-referenced case, The Children's Courtyard !s in opposition of the
zoning change. Our Coppell location, since its opening in April Df 2002, has straggled
with enrollment. Currently, after over three years of intense mar~eting efforts, we are at
a capacity level of only 52%, still leaving 161 open slots to be filled. Our conclusion is
that there are not enough children in the market to fill even one 0arly education center.
This obstacle, should Coppell Montessori Academy decide to open in this location, would
present two entities with em'ollment straggles.
