The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will holdi a public hearing on Thursday, the 17th
day of November, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City ~ouncil Chambers for consideration of
Case No. S-1228R-C, Coppell Montessori Academy, zoning change irequest from S-1228-C (Special Use
Permit-1228-Commercial) to S-1228R-C (Special Use Permit-1228 ReVised-Commercial), to amend the Site
Plan to allow the construction of an approximate 240-square-foot greenljouse as an ancillary use to the private
school on 1.68 acres of property located along the north side of Fitness ~ourt, approximately 250-feet west of
Denton Tap Road, at the request of Mark Wainscott, Head Construction. The Planning and Zoning Commission
may also consider any other zoning district, which is more restrictive thao that requested, including the Planned
Development district. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and! other parties of interest are invited to
attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addresaed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

recommendation relative to Case No. S-1228R-C, Coppell Montessori Aqadem¥, zoning change request from S-
I 228-C (Special Use Permit- 1228-Commercial) to S- 1228R-C (Special L]se permit- 1228 Revised-Commercial),
