This letter is to inform you that the Northlake 635 Business Park, Ieot 2R, Block C (Coppell Business
Center Ill), Replat. to allow' the construction of a 14,545-square-fobt office building on 1.51 acres of
property located along the west side of Lakeshore Drive, approximately 677 feet south of Wrangler
Drive. was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (7-0) on
Thursday, January 19. 2006, subject to the following conditions:
1) Contact Larry Redick at (972) 323-8917 to discuss easement requirements.
2) Change reference to plat within signature blocks to read "Northlake 635 Business Park,
Lot 2R, Block C (Coppell Business Center liD.
3) Comply with attached Engineering comment sheet.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City, Council is Tt~esday, February 14. 2006, at 7 p.m.
A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at
City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has
instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as
recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning
Department three (3) folded copies of the revised Replat on or before 112 noon~ Wednesday~ February 1st.
Also, please submit one (1) 8 'A x 11 paper reduction, along with one jlig, tiff; pdfor similar electronic file.
