Show all adjacent zoning (City of Coppell site, zoningiis missing). A reminder that the zoning change request sign must be placed on the property by May 10th and remain on site through June 8th. Note: A. B. Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on ~taff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasgns why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the May 6th Develo@ment Review Committee (DRC) meeting. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and t[lans to the May 6th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revisibn. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, May llth to resubmit e~ghteen (18) folded copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning Department ,6. Minimum inside radius on fire lanes is 30 feet, minimum outside radius is 54 feet. Fire lanes can not be located in floodplain. Bus and parent drop offs can not encroach into fire lane. Any gates across fire lanes to be automatic gates equil~pcd with opticom devices with KNOX overrides. Additional fire hydrants are required. Maximum spacing for fire hydrants is 150 feet as measured along the fire lanes. Fire Department Connection (FDC) can not be located dn the building. Locate between three and six feet from a fire lane and within fifty feet Of a fire hydrant. No lay down curbs allowed in fire lane. All fire lanes to be installed and stripped per Coppell Fire Code standards.
