not be followed when you attend the September 5th Development Review Committee (DRC)
meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the September 5th DRC
meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for
the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, September 10th to r,submit twenty-eight (28) copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department.

Preliminary Plat Comments:
1. Show the sanitary sewer easement on the west side of Denton Tap Road across this
property.
2. An offsite access easement will be required for the Construction of the common
driveway to the south of this site.
3. A minimum floor elevation of 2 feet above the existing ~loodplain elevation or 1 foot
above the ultimate floodplain elevation should be provided on the face of the plat.
4. The ownership of the property to the north should be provided. Does Andrew
Brown Park West abut to this property?
5. Provide floodplain administrator signature block.
