Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and builc~ng elevations based on staff'
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments' please provide
reasons why staff' recommendations should not be followed when you attend the
November 1st Development Review Committee (DR(;) meet !ng.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats a~ :d plans to the November 1st
DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain,, and defend any revision. A
representative for this project is required to attend the meet ng.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, November 6th~ 2~ 01 to resubmit fourteen (14)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper cot ies (8 1/2 X 11) and a JPEG
file or PowerPoint Slide of each exhibit to the Planning Det~artment.

3) Mitigation agreement has been reached to extend completion of tree
mitigation
out 3 years, after first building C.O. is issued.
