City of Coppell Development Review Committee Comn4ents Planning Department Asbury Estates, Final Plat DRC Date: February 26, 1998 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting: City Council Meeting: April 14, 1998 March 19, 1998 Submit a detailed landscape plan showing type and quantity of planting material proposed for each of the open spaces at the end of Cromwell Court and Westminster Court. 2. Bring to the DRC meeting brick samples of the screening walls. 3. Submit a copy of the Homeowners Association document at the DRC meeting. Note: A. B. Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based c~n staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provid~ reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the March 5th Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
