Provide right-of-way corner clips at all street intersectiorls to allow for construction of A.D.A. ramps. 2. Show minimum finish floor elevations for lots adjacent to 100-year floodplain. 3. Need to request variance for deletion of alleys on Lot 1, Block 1; Lots 1-8, Block 3; Lots 1-12, Block 4; and Lots 1-6, Block 5.
