Dear Mr. Stone:
Thanks for taking the time to speak with me regarding the proposed collocation by Fibertower at
the above referenced existing tower site.
Fibertower has applied to American Tower Corporation to install 3 microwave dishe.s on our
existing monopole and an outdoor BTS cabinet on the ground ~ithin the fenced compound. Two
of the dishes are 3 feet in diameter and one of the dishes is 2 fed. t in diameter. The dimensions of
thc outdoor BTS cabinet ar~ 51" H x 30" W x 22" L. The over~ll height of the monopole will
not be increased and the existing fenced compound will not increase in size. Fibertower will
obtain any zoning approval required for this collocation of equipment. Per Our discussion, you
indicated that there will be no building permits required to install the telecommunications
equipment, however, an electrical permit may be required.
American Tower Corporation (ATC) and Fibertower keep records on ali the zoning and
permitting requirements for each tower it operates or mounts afitennas to. For our records,
