Dear Rodney:
This letter is to inform you that the Northlake 635 Business Park, Lot 2R, Block C (Coppell
Business Center III), Site Plan, to allow the construction of a l4,545-square-foot office building
on 1.51 acres of property located along the west side of Lakeshore Drive, approximately 677 feet
south of Wrangler Drive, was approved by the Coppel! City Council (7-0) on Tuesday, February
14,2006, subject to the following condition:
1) Include more monument sign details on the elevations to ensure it complies
with the Ordinance.
Please submit to the Planning Department by Thursday, March 2nd, the revised Elevation Sheet
A50] showing the monument sign details (Condition No.1). For your intormation, this Site Plan IS
valid for a period of two years and will expire February 14,2008.
