Marci,
Attached is a PDF of sheet L 1-1. I am still waiting on the completed Shared Utility and Dumpster
Maintenance Agreement from Mr. Pipes.
I have removed the monument sign and will add it before the Board of Adjustment hearing. I
lengthened the new parking spaces to 19'. I added to the list of variances a request to not require islands
on either side of the new Accessible spot in front of the Car Wash. And I checked my tree counts. They
all add up. However, I added 3 Bald Cypress (BC) trees to the south property line of the oil change
facility. I believe this will be to our benefit when we go before the Board of Adjustment.
Let me know if! missed anything...again. I will send a hard copy of Sheet Ll-l and the Maintenance
agreement on Monday morning.
