Dear Mr. Daspit:
This letter is to inform you that Freeport North, Lot 3CR, Quill Corporation, Replat, to extend the fire lane
and establish additional utility easements to allow the construction of a 33,000-square-foot building addition
to the rear of the existing I 46,000-square-foot office/warehouse building, on 9.5 acres of property, located at
440 S. Royal Lane, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, July 20.2006, subject to the following conditions:
I) Include a vicinity map on the first sheet.
2) Additional comments may be generated at the time of final engineering review.
3) A Construction Development Permit will be required.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, August 8, 2006, at 7 p.m. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers, at City
Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed
staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by
the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department two (2) folded
copies of all revised plans, reflecting the above-mentioned conditions, on or before 12 noon, Wednesday,
July 26, 2006. Also please submit one (I) 8 'I" x II paper reduction, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf or similar
electronic file.
