Remove pavement and fire lane striping details from Site Plan. 2. Remove parking from the west side of the site, as this is required perimeter landscape area. The dimensions of these spaces could be reduced to 9' X 17' and the amount of the reduction provided as interior landscaping. 3. Remove parking dimensions and drive aisle width from the standard Site Data Table, as these are city standards and are dimensioned in drawing. 4. Include building height on the Site Data Table. This is measured as the mean height of the eaves to the peak of the gabled roof. 5. Shift box outlining boundaries of Detail "A" to the east to accurately reflect those shown. 6. Dimension distance between the proposed pavement on the north side and north property line. Minimum 10' required. 7. Remove all utilities (except lights & fire hydrants) from Site Plan, and ensure these are shown on the Preliminary Engineering Plans. 8.
