Site Plan Amendment Dear Dr. Webber: This letter is to inform you that All Care Veterinary Hospital. Lot 1 R, Elk A, Site Plan Amendment, to all 0 \" a 1,776-square-foot addition to the existing All Care Veterinary Hospital and provide additional parking spaces, on 0.812 acres of property located at 353 N. Denton Tap, at the request of Steve Homeyer, Homeyer Engineering, Inc., was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, June 15, 2006, subject to the following conditions: I) Remove the 20' dimension and line within the 24' fire lane. 2) Indicate the height to peak of structure on the elevations sheet. 3) Show existing signage area on the front of building if proposing additional signage on the side. A total of 60-square feet of signage is allowed on the ciltirc strudUlt. 4) Show materials and elevations of the existing structure on the sheet indicating the black and white elevations and bold the proposed elevations. 5) Include the existing dumpster enclosure on the elevations sheet and ensure it has a solid front gate. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesdav. Julv 11. 2006. at 7:00 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which wil! be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
