The property in question was annexed into the City of~oppell in 1960 (A-14 ) . Ordinance #193, Adopted on January 23,1979 established a Sign Code for the City of Coppell. Off-Premise signs were permitted . Ordinance #287, Adopted on August 1983, prohibited .)ole signs and off-premise signs. . TxDOT issued permit #015483 which permitted the Eo: ection of the billboard in 1985. Let's discuss further prior to CC meeting on the 8th.
