B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
July 6, 2006 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and
defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend
this meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, July 11,2006 to submit 12-24' x 36' sets,
and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG, TIF, PDF OR
SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMA T of each exhibit. Only two sets of revised
preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are required. Reductions and
electronic copies are not required of the engineering and irrigation plans.

Provide a copy of the agreement that has been made
with the DFW Airport allowing the construction of the
proposed improvements on their property.
1. Automatic fire sprinkler room shall have a personnel
door for direct exterior access.
2. Automatic fire sprinkler room shall be a minimum of
50sq ft to accommodate required fire alarm and
sprinkler equipment.
3. Fire department connection (FDC) must be detached
from building and within 50' of a fire hydrant.
4. Insure UST can be filled without obstructing the fire
lane.
1. Tree Removal Permit will be required prior to start
of grading or construction.
2. Tree Survey should only include trees protected by
the City of Coppell Tree Preservation Ordinance. Tree
Survey should not include trees outside the property
line.
3. Information needed on Tree Survey:

3. North Elevation - is that metal material over the
three windows? Do these windows look into (out of?)
the cooler?
4. West elevation - appears to be a random signage
note not pointing to any sign.
5. Will the lighting under the canopy be shielded?
6. Need to add note that no signage shall be
permitted on the gas pump canopy
7. Review attached elevations for my typical
architectural character and materials used in this city.
