Sorry, It took me all day to call, it's been crazy here..
I verified the following square footages of the existing signs with Mike Hodge of the Building Inspection
department as follows:
Coppell Associates in Family Medicine = 33.75 sq. ft.
Yoga = 14.5 sq. ft.
EXISTING SIGNS
48.25 SQ. ft.
PROPOSED SIGN - Fit by Design
15.8 sq. ft.
FUTURE SIGN - (as shown on your exhibit) 29.98 sq. ft.
Total signs as shown on exhibit = 94.03 square feet
Maximum area of signage, as you requested in your Zoning Application is 100 square feet.. leaving just
under 6 square feet of sign age available for any future tenant(s).
If desired, you may reduce the size of the 2nd floor future tenant sign to approx. 16 square feet to match
the FIT sign (which would also look more balanced on the building facade) which would leave
approximately 20 square feet for additional first floor tenants..lt is further suggested that if additional
slgnage on the 1st floor is desired, then those signs (2 @ 10 sq. ft.? or one @ 20 sq. ft.) should be white
letters, on the red brick to match the Yoga Sign..making the entire building appear more balanced in
design.
I plan to be in the office most of the day tomorrow..

would you please call me about this on Tuesdayas I have, many questions,
such as the following: Is this drawing ok? HOw many feet would the sign
for the Fitness people be measured at? What if we wanted a sign under the
Yoga sign if we split the bottom floor?
