NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 21 st
day of September. 2006. at 6:30 p.m.. in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of
Case No. PD-195R-O. Callahan Medical/Office Addition. zoning change request from PD-195-0 (Planned
Development -195-0ffice to PD-195R -0 (Planned Development-195 Revised-Office) to allow additional
attached signage and a revision to the monument sign to allow for a multi-tenant sign on 1.95 acres of property
located at 848 S. Denton Tap Road. north of Belt Line Road, at the request of Dr. Nina Cahan. All interested
citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and
participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway
Boulevard, Coppelt TX 75019.
