Dear Mr. Turner:
This letter is to inform you that the Freeport North. Lot 4R, Block A, Replat, to establish a building site, various
easements and fire lane to allow the development of a 51 ,360-square-foot, one-story office building on 6.4 acres
of property located on Royal Lane, approximately 1,200 feet north of Bethel Road, was recommended for
approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (6-0) on Thursday, October 19, 2006, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Remove the line that previously indicated a 30' front yard building setback.
2. Contact Jeff Curry at 972-888-1330 to discuss easement requirements.
3. Comply with the attached Engineering Comment Sheet.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 14,2006, at 7 p.m.
A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City
Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff
to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the
Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) folded copies
of the revised Replat on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, November 1, 2006. Also, please submit one (I) 812 x
II-paper reduction, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic file.
