This letter is to inform you that the Lauth Park Center. Lots 1 and 2. Block A. Minor Plat, to establish lot
lines and various easements, to allow the development of a medical office on Lot 1 containing 6.67 acres of
property, and the future development of Highway Commercial uses on Lot 2, containing 5.69 acres of property
located at the northwest corner of SH 121 and N. Denton Tap Road, was recommended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 21, 2006, subject to the following
conditions:
I. Include the 10' landscaping and wall adjacent to the residential property to the north in the property
owners' association maintenance agreement.
2. Compliance with the attached Engineering Department Comment Sheet.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, January 9,2007, at 7:00 p.m. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City
Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff
to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the
Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) folded copies
of all revised plans, reflecting the above-mentioned conditions, on or before 12 noon. Wednesday, December
27. 2006. Also, please submit one (I) 8 Y2 x II-paper reduction, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf or similar
electronic file.
