Dear Tom:
This letter is to inform you that the Coppell/121 Office Park. Lot 3. Block 1. Site Plan, to
allow the development of an approximate 8,290-square-foot, one-story office building on 1.23
acres of property located along the north side of S.H. 121, approximately 1,400 feet west of
Denton Tap Road, was unanimously approved by the Coppell City Council (7-0) on Tuesday,
February 13,2007, subject to the following condition:
1) Reduce the size of the proposed monument sign to 4' xl 0' .
Please submit to the Planning Department by Tuesday, February 27th, two 24x36 copies of the
revised Elevations, showing the reduced monument sign. We will also need one 8Y2x11 copy of the
elevation. For your information, this Site Plan is valid for a period of two years and will expire
February 13,2009.
