Comments
Site Plan:
1. Delete the 4 shared parking spaces from the parking
calculations on the Site Data Table.
2. Include the masonry wall, FDC and fire hydrant
symbol in the legend.
3. Ensure calculations for impervious area and
landscaping area calculations don't conflict.
Landscape Plan/Tree Survey:
1. Provide exhibit depicting the three landscape areas
with a different hatching for each area.
2. Sidewalks directly abutting a parking area should
count in the square feet of parking area.
3. The 10' area shown directly abutting the shared
drive with parking area is considered perimeter
landscaping.
4. A tree is required at the end of each parking row.
An additional tree is required at the end of each corner
island.
5. Include legend showing symbol and tree type.
6. Ensure each category shows area required and area
provided (perimeter, interior, nonvehicular).
Elevations:
1. Include all building materials with colors and
specifications (brick, awnings. quoins, etc.).
2. Sign areas should total 90 square feet for the entire
building. Include dimensions of sign areas with sign
materials and color.
3. Provide a color board with materials and color
elevation at the Development Review Committee
Meeting.
4. Show screening wall and dumpster enclosure details
on elevations.
