This letter is to inform you that Robertson Commercial Pools Addition, Replat and Minor Plat, to
expand the area of the existing plat and provide necessary easements to allow for a building
expansion and new construction on 2.65 acres of property acres of property located at 569
Coppell Road, was DENIED and to be brought back to the October 19, 2006, Planning and
Zoning Commission meeting, to follow Case No. PD-2l6-H, Robertson Pools.
Please submit twelve (12) copies of the Replat and Minor Plat by 12 noon. Tuesdav. October 10.
2006, for the October 19th Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
