The comment and response is as follows: Engineering Comment 1 - More information needed on the 15' access easement. . Where does it connect? The 15' access easement connects to the 15' alley R.O.W. approximately 150' feet west of the proposed MetroPCS lease area. . What is the driving surface? The 15' access easement will be constructed by MetroPCS per the City of Coppell requirements. "... . Have you acquired the easement? The property belongs to the Riverchase HOA. Bauman Consultants will provide this information. . What utilities are proposed in the 5' utility easement? There does not appear to be a corresponding utility easement on the adjacent lot. (1) 2" schedule 40 PYC conduit with pull wire 36" below grade will be required for Telco service. (2) 2" Conduit with 3#3/0 A WG 1#6 ground type THWN; using schedule 40 PYC 36" below grade will be required for electrical service. (3) The location of the power and Telco source is located on the same lot as the osed lease area. Bauman Consultants will provide this information. Comment 2 - Need detailed drawings of antenna fixtures. Please refer to the attached antenna cut sheet. Comment 3 - Need color board of base structure. Please refer to the color sample and brick sample. Also attached, is a photo of the adjacent compound. Comment 4 - You will need wavier of separation rule since tower is not at least 1,143 feet away from residential areas. Bauman Consultants will provide this information. Comment 5 - Explain how access is provided to this site. Access to this site is provided by the 15' wide alley R.O.W. that connects to Crestview Drive, running between Lot 36 and Lot 35 of The Hollows @ Northlake Woodlands. Comment 6 - Eliminate drawings A02, 05, 06 and E01, 02, 03, 04 and SV1. These sheets have been removed from this set. Sheet A04 has also been removed from the set. The remaining information has been reorganized on new sheets A02 and A03. Comment 7 - On sheet A07, the double gate needs to be solid, please specify color. The double gate has been revised to show a 6' high solid wood fence, painted SW2838 - Polished Mahogany. I hope these revisions meet your requirements.
