Minor Plat Dear Mr. West: This letter is to inform you that the Sandy Lake Oaks Addition, Lot 1, Block A, Minor Plat, to establish fire lanes and various easements to allow for the development of a 13, I IO-square-foot retail/office building on 1.543 acres of property located at the north east comer of Sandy Lake and Moore Road, known as 632 Sandy Lake Road was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (6-0) on Thursday, October 19, 2006, subject to the following condition: 1. Provide filing information for southeast easement. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 14,2006, at 7:00 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) folded copies of the revised Replat on or before 12 noon. Wednesday. November 1. 2006.
