2. Should the fire line be looped?
3. Minimum fire line size is 8".
4. Will there be an irrigation meter? There may be an
existing service to the southwest corner of this lot. Can
this be used for irrigation?

2. If the fire line is required to be looped, another
easement and vault will be required.

estimated fees. These fees are based on the
information provided, and may change prior to
finalizing the project.

Wastewater Impact Fee $4,800
In addition, construction inspection fees in the amount
of 2% of private paving, drainage, water and sewer
and 4% of public work will be collected at the time of
permitting.
