Block C Dear Mr. Bennett: This letter is to inform you that the Duke Lesley Addition, Final Plat of Point West Boulevard, the extension of Dividend Drive, and Two Building Sites, Lots 1 and 2, Block C, to allow the construction of Lesley Drive and the extension of Dividend Drive, containing approximately 11.54 acres of property located north of IH- 635 and west of Beltline Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (6-0) on Thursday, November 16,2006, subject to the following conditions: 1. Five-foot sidewalk and utility easements are needed along Point West Boulevard. 2. Increase the line weight that depicts Lot 2, Block C. 3. Explanation of Dividend Drive encroachment (See Engineering comments). The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December 12, at 7:00 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) folded copies of all revised plans, reflecting the above-mentioned conditions, on or before 12 noon. Wednesday. November 29. 2006.
