This plat shows only 50' ROW dedication. 3. Is a 90' ROW for Dividend Drive really needed? 4. It appears a portion of Dividend Drive encroaches on the property to the west of this site. How will that be addressed? 1. Conceptual Water Plan - Show water line from S. Belt Line Rd to Lesley Dr. along LBJ. Lesley Dr. and S. Belt Line Rd water lines exceed the deadend distances, loop the water line. 2. Key Map on Conceptual Water Plan indicates Leslie, while plan spells it Lesley. No comments. 1. Already have a Leslie Drive in Coppell spelling here too similar. 2. Please explain note that refers to Tract 2--is this a separate parcel, is it to be platted with this applicatiion, what is the history behind it, etc.?
