Preliminary Plat, to establish Blocks A, Band C, allowing for the submission of final plats prior to the development on 184.5 acres of property located at the northwest corner of 1H-635 and Beltline Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council (5-0) on Tuesday, December 12,2006, subject to the following conditions: 1. Meet all requirements of the Subdivision Regulations and all other City codes. 2. Show proposed zoning for each lot and block. 3. Change match line street on Sheet 1 from Sheet 4 to See Sheet 3. For your information, Council directed that the Planning and Zoning Commission be the approval authority for the Final Plat. You have nine (9) months to submit your Final Plat (August 2007) for approval by the Commission before this Preliminary Plat becomes null and void.
