Additional information is needed on the capacity of the "Public System" to the south. TxDOT approval will be required to connect to this system. . Additional information is needed on how you propose to convey the public storm water from Dividend Drive to the north. Drainage easements will need to be in place for the construction of this system. Concept Paving Plan - . Lesley Drive should be a 37' back-to-back street in a 60' ROW rather than 28' in a 50' ROW. Minimum section is 8" paving on a 6" lime subgrade.
