2. No floor plan submitted. Fire/Life Safety room shall
be a minmum of 96sqft, with a minimum dimension of
8ft.
3. Any plans for an emergency generator for either
building?
1. Tree survey should show protected trees only, no
crape myrtles or trees under 6"DBH.
2. Tree calculations on plan LS-3 are incorrect.
3. Tree Removal Permit will be required prior to start
of construction.
There are discrepancies between the site plan and the
landscape plan which need to be resolved, the deficits
on the landscape plan need to be addressed which
will require revisions to the site plan, including:
1. Parking islands, serving two rows of parking, are
required to be a minimum of 300 square feet, with a
minimum width of 9 feet. Most of the parking islands
appear to be significantly smaller than that.
2. A 10' landscape buffer is required along the north
property line, none is shown.
3. The Landscaped/Entry Feature area along the
mutual lot lines is different on the site plan and the
landscape plan., which is correct?
Other deficiencies in the Landscape Plan:
A. When an island serves two rows of parking, then a
tree is required PER ROW, only one tree has been
provided.
B. The one tree per 50 linear feet is not being
provided, on-site, along LBJ... as shown all trees are
within the public right-of-way.
D. Only indicate trees to be preserved on these two
lots.
E. Include Plat LisUScheduled Table as described on
the Landscape Plan Checklist.
F. Provide an elevation of the proposed decorative
light standards, and resolve the discrepancies in the
location of the light standards on the site and
