RE: Lauth Park Center. Lot 1. Block A. Site Plan
Dear Mr. Suarez:
This letter is to inform you that the Lauth Park Center. Lot 1. Block A. Site Plan, to allow the development
of a three-story, 68,350-square-foot medical office on 6.67 acres of property located north and west of the
corner of SH 121 and N. Denton Tap Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, January 9,
2007, subject to the following conditions:
1) A tree removal permit is required prior to the start of construction, and tree retribution in
the amount of $51 ,850 will be due.
2) Additional comments may be generated upon detailed engineering review.
3) Move proposed transformer shown to the north side of proposed building.
4) Include brick and stone specifications, with color names, on black and white elevations.
Please submit to the Planning Department by Tuesday, January 23rd, two 24x36 copies of the revised Site Plan,
Landscape Plan and Elevations, showing revisions mentioned in Conditions 3 and 4. We will also need one
8'i'2x11 copy of each plan. For your information, this Site Plan is valid for a period of two years and will expire
January 9, 2009.
