needs to be accomplished with this approval.

auto fire sprinkler requirement.
3. Split face block does not meet masonry definition.

Fire Administration Tim Oates 8/31/2006
1. Commercial buildings over 5,000sqft are required
to be protected by automatic fire sprinkler systems.
Addition to existing building takes the building to
greater than 5,000sqft.
2. Proposed new building is greater than 150ft from
public right of way, therefore a fire lane will be
required. Fire lane shall be designed in accordance
with City Standards.
3. What is the aggregate capacity of the fuel storage
tanks?
4. Fire hydrants are required along the fire lane
easement at least every 300ft.

1. List all proposed PD Conditions
(variances/exceptions to the H District zoning).
2. Include Site Data table as required by attached
checklist.
3. Include Lot 1 R, Block A Robertson Commercial
Pools in all title blocks.
4. Include parking space striping in the front of the
buildings.
5. Add Architect's contact information.
6. Show existing/proposed adjacent and on-site zoning
information.
7. Indicate different proposed uses for large asphalt
area.
8. Show refuse facilities and mechanical equipment,
including height, materials, and elevations of
proposed screening.
9. Include all existing/proposed lighting facilities, and
ensure they're in accordance with the H District
regulations.
10. Change "Planter" note to "Landscape Island" on
drawing.
Landscape PlanlTree Survey & Irrigation Plan:
1. Change title block to read "Landscape Plan/Tree
Survey".
2. Recommend saving the 32" Post Oak in the rear of
the property.
3. Include a Landscape Data table as required by
attached checklist showing required/provided
trees/shrubs and square footage for each category.
4. Include only on-site trees in tree calculations.
5. Show Plant legend.
6. Indicate trees to remain and those to be removed
within the tree survey chart.
7. Include an irrigated overstory tree within each
landscape island.
Elevations:
1. Include entire structure with existing and proposed
stone pattern.
2. Accessory structures shall be compatible in design,
shape, materials, and roof shape and shall reflect the
general character of the primary building.
3. Include elevations of proposed masonry wall
depicting height, column spacing and materials.
4. Submit color board with materials and color
elevation at DRC.
