1. Is there a Property Owner's Association existing or
proposed to maintain the proposed detention areas at
the northeast corner of the property?
2. Please dimension the proposed Utility Easement at
the northwest corner of the property.

3. The detention area should be shown as a drainage
easement and documentation provided to clarify future
ongoing maintenance.
4. There is a fire hydrant shown on the east side of the
northern most building; however, no water line is
proposed to the fire hydrant.
5. The fire line going behind the three buildings on
the west side of the development needs a detector
check where it connects to the waterline at the north
side.
6. In the calculations for your drainage please use
proposed runoff coefficients, not existing. This could
impact Drainage Area C1.
Additional comments may be generated upon detailed
engineering review.
