Lot lR. Block A. Replat Dear Mr. and Mrs. Ingle: This letter is to inform you that Shake and Shinele Addition. Lot lR. Block A. Replat, being a Replat of Tract 1, of the Shake and Shingle Addition, to establish various easements and fire lanes to allow the construction of four, 14,420-square-foot office/warehouse buildings on the northern portion of this 10.2 acre tract ofland located on the north side of Beltline Road, approximately 350 feet east of North Lake Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 21, 2006, subject to the following conditions: I. Add a note to the Plat specifying the perpetual maintenance of the proposed detention areas at the northeast corner of the property. 2. The inclusion of a dimension for the proposed Utility Easement at the northwest corner of the property . 3. Additional comments may be generated upon detailed engineering review. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, January 9, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) folded copies of the revised Replat, reflecting the above-mentioned conditions, on or before 12 noon. Wednesday. December 27. 2006.
