Show zoning classification lines going to middle of street right-of-way; indicate zoning on Lot I and 2, Block C. 2. Design all buildings/screening, and provide landscaping in conformance with the Zoning Ordinance. In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation, which includes compliance with the above-mentioned conditions. Please submit to the Planning Department two (2) folded copies of the revised plans, on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, December 27, 2006. Also, please submit one (l) 8 1;2 x I I paper reduction of revisions, along with one pdf or similar electronic file. When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you. As a reminder, the two zoning change signs can now be returned to the Planning Department for your deposit reimbursement of$300.
