1. In the event the private sewer system is allowed, it
will need to be maintained by the Property Owners
Association. It will not be constructed in the 10' utility
easement. We strongly recommend sewer be
conveyed to the line in Summer Place, via a gravity
system.
2. The proposed 6" waterline is not adequate. The
minimum size is 8". This line should be looped into
the line in Summer Place.
3. No drainage plans have been submitted. How will
drainage be handled? No lot to lot drainage is
generally allowed.
4. Existing utilities are not properly shown. Verify
location of all utilities.
5. Lots do not front a public street.
6. Additional comments will be generated upon
submittal of additional information.

and note that maintenance is the responsibility of the
HOA.
2. Replace Oncor with Atmos Energy and TXU Gas
with TXU Electric Delivery in the Utility Company
signature blocks.
3. Replace "2004" with "2006" and "minor plat" with
"replat" throughout plat.
4. Remove note regarding garage access.
5. Change note referring to a Landscape Easement to
refer to a common area.
