1. A fire lane easement must be provided onto the
property so that all parts of the building are within 150
feet of a fire lane.
2. The width of the fire lane paving must be 24 feet,
with appropriate tuming radii at the intersection with
the street.
3. One fire hydrant will be required to be within 3 to 6
feet ofthe fire lane.
1. Tree Removal Permit required prior to start of
construction.
2. Tree Survey is incomplete. Need to know the sizes
of all protected trees on site.

1. Insert landscape island in place of space #10 and
increase landscaping size on the NW parking row.
2. Reduce the drive aisle width from 32 ' to 24'.
3. 6' high masonry screening wall (brick to match
building) with columns expressed every 20' is required
along the south and west property lines.
4. Is a dumpster needed? If so, an enclosure is
required to match building and wall brick.
5. Rename all plans to reflect Lot 1 R, Block B
Stringfellow Addition in the title block.
6. Reduce "Zoning Data" table and rename to "Site
Data Table".
7. Rotate image to show north aiming to the top of the
page and increase scale from 1"=20' to 1"=10' on all
plans.
Landscape Plan & Tree Survey
1. Show overstory tree at proposed islands on SW &
NW parking rows.
2. Indicate size of the 2 existing Red Cedar trees in the
middle of the plant schedule.
3. Correct Landscape Date table calculations per
attached landscape summary sheet (7,620 square feet
and 16 trees are required for perimeter landscaping
and 2,890 square feet required for nonvehicular open
space).
4. Include legend with tree symbol and type.
5. Include conditions of all trees on Tree Survey and
ensure it has been prepared by a Texas Nurseryman,
Arborist or Landscape Architect.
Floor Plan:
1. Reduce seating if parking spaces are reduced (3
seats are allowed for each parking space).
Elevations:
1. Indicate colors and specifications for all materials to
be used.
2. Submit a color board with materials and a color
elevation at the DRC Meeting on August 3, 2006.
