property located at the northwest corner of Freeport Parkway and Gateway Blvd., was approved
by the Coppell City Council (7-0) on Tuesday, May 9, 2006, subject to compliance with the
attached departmental comments.

subject to being removed in the event that the 8-12 foot wide trail parallel to Freeport Parkway
is constructed in the future.

within 50' of a fire hydrant and on the same side of the fire lane.
